-Poison zombie spit further

-Howler speeds decrease's when howling instead of stopping

-Supply crate collision type modified 'A lot nicer now'

-Fixed poison zombies spit angle

-Repaired bosses hulls 'Should be ready to re-add soon'

-If you hit humans with props hard enough they will fall over. 'Re-enabled Necro's old code'

-higher prices for light weapons such as SMG's.

 

This list may be increased later when the update is pushed.

Yea that works. I will be doing an overhaul on cading this week hopefully. Zombies are more or less fixed with only a few minor things to fix now.

 

I will work on cading, perks and other various things which make being a human 'clunky' to play as :)

Another minor update:

 

 

-Hate II added 'Fixed for good!!'
-Melee weapons knock back fixed and re-added
-Zombine unlock a little later
-Freeman shop perk gives you a crowbar 'You will be Gordan Freeman with a crowbar now!'
-Magnum man is 1 in 5 chance

  • Buff the crowbar and remove it from the shop so only great Gordon gets it.
  • Buff the magnum a bit, p228 has higher damage per second.
  • Nerf the pot, it's the strongest melee load out weapon.
  • Increase glock price by an extra 100, its one of the most powerful pistols.
  • Decrease attack delay for ethereal after teleporting to 0.5.
  • Decrease slowdown length for ethereal for an extra second.
  • Choice for zombines to use poison or explosive grenades, maybe separate classes if you don't know how to.

Unlock times that should work nicely:

 

Ghast + Howler 0.25 ( special classes for special jobs. ) 15:00

Fast Zombie 0.5 + Fresh Dead + Ethereal ( attack the roofers,runners and barricaders.) 10:00

Poison Zombie + Poison Headcrab 0.60  8:00

Zombine 0.75 ( kill everyone ) 5:00

 

Perks

 

  • Balanced : Don't fall down after getting hit with a prop.
  • Regeneration : 1 hp every 5 seconds while under 50hp.
  • Last Man Standing : Receive an auto shotgun or m249 when last human.
  • Rename running shoes to Swift and set to +10% speed.

 

Move all tool related perks to slot 1 and all personal perks to slot 2.

Cleanup and Polish Update:

 

-Max rank Lv36

-De-compiled perks back into their original versions

-Loadout perks in tool related or personal perk sections

-Zombie unlock times re-worked  'A lot nicer!'

-Additional new perks 'Fall Down' you don't fall over from high jumps.

-Remote 'Gives the turrets remote'

-Temp Removed Zombine chem grenade

-Changes to some gun stats to smooth them out.

I believe the server needs a better name to attract players. My guess is everyone thinks this is the default 3.0 zs but with no players so they stay clear from it. It needs "Heavily Modified", "Overhaul ZS" or "Unique ZS" in the server name. I believe this will definitely attract players.

A name was selected and it was

 

Unique zombie survival 'in caps'

 

 

The balancing for the zombies has been completed along with the bosses. I am very happy with how they have turned out!

 

We are now moving onto the humans and sorting out some of the clunky game mechanics!!

 

Targets will include:

 

-Cading

-Prop handling

-Round layouts 'It just isn't interesting having a 20 min timer count down'

-Bosses don't spawn in arena mode

-Re-added Kevlar and fixed bugs which came with it

-All talk activated when bosses spawn

-Re-balanced classic pistol and fiveseven

-Perk Health regen 'After 60 seconds after being hit you regen back up to 40HP'

-Perk Grenade tosser 'You can throw grenades a lost quicker'

-Perk Multi Mine 'You can place up to 10 mines on the floor'

I'm not even going to comment on these shitty names as ZS game mode has died in Gmod.

But for the sake of some remaining game modes such as DD and SoG, I can only suggest having a TTT server.

 

Other than that, I only see a full degradation towards what used to be ZS.
