[ZS] Disadvantages and suggestions...

You do know lvl 2 needs 1600 headshots ? In my opinion it has to be a challenge, otherwise its to easy to lvl up. I got the 1600 headshots and 300k dmg by playing a long time. Lvl 2 to 3 and 3 to 4 are to high, the headcrabs take way to long.

You know how incredibly hard it is to start EVERY round with a five-seven.

You run out of bullets within minutes, you have to work really hard, whilst it used to be really easy to level up as engineer, commando is just TOO hard to level up compared to other classes.

to bad you cant lvl up engineer or medic :*(

Sounds great hundred, because than more people would play. plus they wouldnt have that much advantages compared to lvl 0.

but i dont intend to lose my own lvl, so i would say people that have a lvl below 2 get lvl 2 and above that don't change lvl.

Seeing how this thread has turned in to a complainment thread, I'll actualy make a constructive suggestion.

1) The humans camping - if a player is staying still or is close to other humans for a longer period of time ( 3-4 mins ),a big, thick, green cloud of smoke will spawn on his location obstructing his view and forcing him to move ( or just shoot blindly into the smoke and hope for the best )

2) Commandos are indeed harder to level up compared to other classes. The "get 500/1600 headshots" should instead be changed to "shoot zombies in the head 1500/4800 times". Meaning you dont need to make headshot killing blows but instead only firing 1500/4800 bullets in to a random zombies face. It shouldnt be too easy tho so the numbers I picked may be a bit low. We dont want a bunch of lvl 2 noob commandos running around do we?

3) Zombie health should depend on a zombie : human ratio. meaning if there are 2 zombies and 30 humans, the zombies will get 5x more health. ( formula: nr. of humans divided by nr. of zombies and the whole thing divided by 3 ; multyplyer is bigger than 0) This also prevents OP zombies at lower ammounts of players ( if there are 7 ppl on server and you have 3 zombies with 550 hp its kinda unfair )

4) howlers arent OP. They should, however be locked during the last human alive phaze.

5) Guns should be harder to get. If every single awarage Joe has a shotgun it is not fun to play. Crates should no longer give weapons but should instead upgrade your current weapon based on your score ( if u have an assault rifle you will only get a better one, still an assault rifle ), except for handguns ( those are necessery else you have 30 ppl stuck on starting guns wich sucks). Guns should be given from crates based on time ( at 5 mins gametime the crates drop a handgun, at 10 mins an SMG, at 15 mins an assault rifle; all higher types of guns should only be awarded through score )

6) Humans heal up too easily. Crates should give a fixed ammount of health, and even that should be minor ( you get 25 hp from a crate for instance, and not get healed to 76 hp if you have 20 like it is now ). That would make the medics actualy heal others and not be selfish bastards and add some teamplay to the game.

7) This last one is importaint. Sometimes, I dream about cheezee.

Sorry for the wall of text, I hope you agree with my ideas.

I'll go ahead and give a little feedback:

1) Very bad from a gameplay point of view, that's not how you solve camping.

2) No comment, that's up to Deluvas.

3) Wasn't this the case? At least in the old ZS.

4) You can't lock classes under specific circumstances, it'll only confuse players. As last human, you're supposed to be fucked anyway.

5) I do agree with this one. Separate the weapons into several tiers, and make the upper tiers stronger (but have limited ammo).

6) I agree I find the number of healing possibilities in the current ZS a bit too much. It's a survival game after all.

7) I'm not even going to tell you to shut up.

About 3). You mean some sort of AI director in L4D?

Healing problem... I dont see much problem in it (i just think you became one of the 1st zombos in the beggining that failed in eliminating humans) that happens extremly rare, only on specific non-raping camping maps

I will also respond with my critisiscm :D :

1. Most maps are camp maps, if you dont camp on them everybody is death within 10 minutes at most. Camping has to be fixed through another way. ( deluvas will probably have the solution).

2. I got the 1600 headshots pretty easily, but thats just me. I think its fine how it is. Lvl 2 to lvl 3 is definately to hard. 300 headcrabs to kill with a rifle. Headcrabs are rare and you dont really have a rifle for a long time.

3. I agree for the first part, but i really think there should be a maximum to zombie hp. 5x is way to much, walking on your own= death. This will encourage camping. I think 3x times should be the max and thats 660 hp for normal zombs.

4. This is a joke, right? Howlers are definately OP, they can kill you to easy. Limit the damage, limit the radius to 90 degrees and extend the range.

5. In my opinion supplys shouldnt give any gun at all, the friends system will hopefully make people trade more weapons and hep eachother. They wont need the extra guns.

6. Not fixed, make it based on the amount of zombies compared to humans. For example: 10 humans and 3 zombs: 10hp. 10 zombs and 3 humans: 40 hp

7. If this is over, im going to mate.

Well at least if Deluvas cured "pain in the ass" perk, it would encourage humans to camp less but not significantly.

As for howlers, i dont find them OP right now... cause if humans get raped, they can get raped even by humpers

Also i think that idea of adding a class that can pull humans is extremely usefull against campers (sort of smokers)
